Being a single mom can take a serious toll on your mental health. Talking about it with someone who’s been there and done that helps. I’m going to be getting real, raw, and honest about my struggles, and share what helped me. From toxic relationships to financial struggles I’ve been through a lot. I’m still working to grow as a person and not let my anxiety and depression overcome me. I like to look back though on where I’ve been, so I can see how far I’ve come. We’ll probably not ever get everything right, and there will most likely always be bad days, or moments. But if we focus on the light and love in our lives we can get through those days or moments. I truly believe that. Learning to humble myself, and focus on the good has helped my mental health tremendously so I hope to share whatever I can to help my fellow single mamas.
